About Lynn
Lynn Martel didn't arrive at the top of one of Canada's most beloved brands. She helped build it, from the ground up, over 28 years, in the trenches through every challenge, every pivot, and every new chapter the business went through.
Rising quickly to Vice President, she carried that leadership for the rest of her career. She didn't just grow with the company. She showed up, learned and grew in ways she never expected. And in doing so, she helped shape it, building the kind of culture that made employees proud to work there and lent authenticity to a brand customers trusted.
For 15 years, she became its bilingual face and voice, building the trust of Quebecers on television and radio, becoming one of the brand's greatest success stories in a market the company once feared it couldn't reach.
From humble beginnings to a brand valued at $1.7 billion, she had helped build something rare. A brand people didn't just buy from, they believed in.
And then she asked herself a new question: what do I want to build next?
